I applied for this trust to help aid financially for the costs of my pointe shoes. I found the process for applying very easy and straightforward. 

 

I used the award to pay for 5 pairs of pointe shoes and ribbons to sew onto the shoes.

  

This award has eased some of the financial difficulties as a full-time ballet student. As I rely on my student loan to pay for all my dance equipment(uniform, tights, flat shoes, and pointe shoes) and living costs (food, medical insurance, laundry etc), this award has been helpful in relieving some of the financial burden by paying for several pointe shoes along with the needed ribbons.
